Ce label est une invitation aux m\u00e9tiers de la restauration pour qu\u2019ils s\u2019engagent dans une d\u00e9marche durable & un gage de confiance pour les consommateurs quant \u00e0 la cuisine fait maison.<\/span>

Pourquoi un label ?<\/h2>

Le Label Good Food Resto a pour objectif de soutenir et guider les restaurants qui s\u2019impliquent dans une d\u00e9marche durable. Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une demande des Bruxellois qui souhaitent distinguer les restaurants durables de la capitale. Coordonn\u00e9 par Bruxelles Environnement, l\u2019octroi du label a une finalit\u00e9 non commerciale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Concr\u00e8tement ?<\/h2>

Les crit\u00e8res de ce label se basent sur les grands principes de la strat\u00e9gie Good Food : la consommation de produits locaux et de saison, d\u2019alternatives aux prot\u00e9ines animales, d\u2019aliments produits dans le respect de l\u2019environnement,\u00a0 tout en minimisant le gaspillage alimentaire.
